Based in Grenoble, Envol Linguistique is an online platform for teaching French as a language of integration and for the social and professional integration of newcomers to France. The project was born from a scientific and personal approach. As the founder of the school has been an expatriate herself since 2012 and is also a researcher in foreign language acquisition, all issues related to integration are of particular interest to us. Thus, the school's mission goes beyond teaching the French language. We want to help newcomers to learn French with all its particularities, to understand the cultural and social codes intrinsically linked to language and to succeed in their integration.
Description of the offer
The French language school Envol Linguistique is looking for French teachers to run conversation workshops at intermediate and advanced levels, as well as conversation workshops as part of hybrid courses for beginners. The intermediate level workshops aim to help learners unblock their speaking and the advanced level workshops aim to help learners perfect their pronunciation. Basic knowledge of phonetics and corrective phonetics is required.
The workshops are remote, via Zoom, preferably in the afternoon and early evening (French time). A B1 level of English is required and knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Skills required
We are looking for someone with intercultural and interpersonal skills. We have an expatriate audience, so we are looking for someone who has spent at least 6 months in another country and who is sensitive to issues related to the cultural and social integration of newcomers.
Diploma required
Training in French as a foreign language (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or solid experience in the field of FLE / FLI / FOS / FLAM / FLM.
Remuneration and duration of the contract
Remuneration Between 18 and 23 euros per workshop (depending on the level and duration of the workshops).
Duration of the contract : contract per mission to be renewed according to enrolment requests.
